This week the Pathways students are working on Budgeting strategies. In addition, they will each be revealing a “passion project” in the upcoming weeks!




Scarlet made her first elementary school visit today with Dr. Olivero!







Our students were entered into the Camden County Teen Arts Festival. What an enriching experience and great way to celebrate our students’ work!











At the Haddon Heights Campus, Mr. Pescatore's class made guacamole as part of a lesson about the cinco de mayo holiday.






At the Cherry Hill Campus.....Ms. Lee’s 2nd period science class - determining who built the highest tower out of newspaper and what/why certain structures are sturdier than others. This was an excellent task that involved developing engineering skills and strengthening critical thinking skills.

Ms. Jessica's class at Brookfield Elementary celebrated Earth Day today! Students learned about the importance of recycling and taking care of our planet! They ended the day with learning about the different layers of soil and made a tasty pudding dessert to represent the different layers!

Mr. Pescatore's class played Family Feud to review their unit on the night sky.




Mr. Pescatore's class made sundials to tell the time using the sun as part of their unit on light and shadow.

The Great Debate! Students in Ms. Vernay's class at Brookfield Elementary are learning the art of debating in Social Studies. Their teams will debate the following topics this week: Should Cell Phones Be Allowed in Schools?; Are rap songs and videos appropriate for students?; Are violent video games appropriate for middle schoolers? Is social media safe for teens? Students will argue for and against these topics in Social Studies all week to learn and appreciate different perspectives.
